Your Mission

Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Professionally handle customer tickets, emails, and live chat inquiries via our support portal.
- Weekend Coverage: Manage the weekend support queue to ensure 24/7 service availability for our US clients.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose technical or account issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate to senior staff when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common customer pain points and communicate them to the product and development teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or virtual assistance.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a professional, polite tone.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
