Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote technical support experience

- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical/electronic systems
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for occasional equipment swaps
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
