Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot remote hardware systems including servers, networking equipment, and IoT devices
- Perform weekend system diagnostics and resolve technical issues within SLA targets
- Document equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and incident reports using company CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during weekend deployments and system upgrades
- Conduct remote equipment testing and validation procedures
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or equipment maintenance
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent hardware certification required
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and network diagnostics
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid US driver's license for occasional equipment shipping/receiving
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) preferred
