Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems via remote access and ticketing systems
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues including Windows, macOS, cloud infrastructure, and networking
- Execute weekend system maintenance, updates, and security patch deployments
- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions in knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical incident escalations
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and VPN technologies
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Excellent written/verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site hardware maintenance
