Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, security protocols, and system configurations
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Conduct remote diagnostics and implement solutions efficiently
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware/software diagnostics
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (8 AM - 8 PM CT)
