Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all support tickets.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
