Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational data trends during weekend shifts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM systems and databases.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential issues before they escalate to the support team.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handover of critical tasks.
- Perform daily quality assurance checks on all communications and reports.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or technical support.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
