Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for remote users.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new team members as they onboard.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be located in Jacksonville, Ohio or willing to relocate (equipment provided).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
