Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, claims, and eligibility issues with empathy and precision
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems following HIPAA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun, 6 AM - 6 PM PST)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in healthcare/insurance preferred
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Weekend availability mandatory
