Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and service disruptions for Fortune 500 clients
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce CRM with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday teams through handoff protocols for seamless continuity
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including CSAT scores (target: 92%) and resolution rates
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training on product updates and communication techniques
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues (network, software, hardware)
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) 8am-8pm EST
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
