Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve technical issues for clients during weekend shifts
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident resolution
- Document all interactions and escalations in CRM systems
- Conduct weekend performance reporting and analysis
- Onboard new weekend staff and provide training
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote customer support or IT operations experience
- Proven ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows/Linux environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar support platforms
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (10am-6pm EST)
