Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex software/hardware issues via remote desktop and chat platforms
- Document all interactions using Salesforce CRM with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Maintain SLA compliance with <15-minute response times
- Train clients on new features and best practices
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with team leads
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or customer service role
- CCNA or CompTIA A+ certification required
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, and remote desktop tools
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection (50+ Mbps)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (12-hour shifts)
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLA management
