Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 8 PM CST)
- Resolve technical issues and process transactions for clients across Dallas and Illinois regions
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams through digital handoff protocols
- Continuously update knowledge base with emerging solutions and process improvements
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to work independently in remote/virtual environments
- Excellent communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
