Qualifications

- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely

- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
