Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with precision.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) during all interactions.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions accurately in our internal CRM.
- Collaborate with the team lead to improve workflow and service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Microsoft Office Suite.
