Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets during weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless coverage.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
