Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized client success strategies for NYC-based accounts
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell potential within existing client portfolios
- Conduct weekly check-ins via video calls and provide actionable insights to clients
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and drive feature enhancements
- Track KPIs using Salesforce and HubSpot to demonstrate ROI to clients
- Train clients on new platform features during quarterly business reviews
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction scores through proactive issue resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS
- Proven ability to manage client relationships in the New York metro area
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport via virtual channels
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently from home
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with weekly reporting and data-driven client presentations
