- Support weekend/holiday rotation coverage as part of team commitment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/macOS environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding SLA targets
