- Identify Emerging Trends: Conduct rigorous horizon scanning to detect disruptive technologiesāsuch as advanced AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrationābefore they become mainstream.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable infrastructure and software ecosystems that remain viable and competitive throughout the 2026 fiscal cycle and beyond.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead high-impact projects that test and validate new technologies, managing risk and resource allocation for long-term experiments.

Qualifications
