Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and strategy for the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
- Integrate emerging AI and Machine Learning models into core system workflows to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system security, performance, and scalability.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact features ahead of schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems architecture, with a strong focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects, preferably in fintech, healthcare, or high-frequency trading.
- Deep understanding of containerization, microservices, and distributed system design patterns.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and familiarity with 2026-preferred frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or TOGAF are highly preferred.
