Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and GenAI.
- Establish best practices for security, performance, and operational excellence.
- Conduct technical debt audits and guide the modernization of legacy systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure migrations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
