Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality 2D character rigs and assets using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and narrative designers to ensure visual consistency and storytelling coherence across all project deliverables.
- Optimize animation sequences for various output formats, ensuring smooth performance on web and mobile platforms.
- Mentor junior artists, providing constructive feedback and guidance to foster their professional growth.
- Conduct regular style checks and maintain the highest standards of quality control for all visual assets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, character design, or motion graphics.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Toon Boom Harmony.
- A robust, diverse portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of timing, spacing, and squash and stretch principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within strict deadlines.
