- Optimize images and assets for various platforms and devices to ensure fast loading times.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to keep our work cutting-edge.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with persuasive reasoning.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative projects.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design or illustration.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles, from minimalistic to complex illustrative work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
