Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-end 2D motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and web experiences.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to translate complex ideas into fluid, engaging visuals.
- Design and animate assets for both mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring responsiveness and brand consistency.
- Maintain a high standard of visual quality while adhering to strict project timelines and deadlines.
- Conduct research on design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Optimize vector files and animations for performance and file size without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or animation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including typography, character animation, and 2D motion design.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
