Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/AGI systems capable of handling complex, real-world data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI architectures.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency in product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct deep technical analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize model efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
- Strong experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
