Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning infrastructure for large-scale AI models.
- Lead the design of proprietary algorithms to enhance model accuracy and reduce inference latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, including bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLMs, Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions.
