Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable Machine Learning pipelines for 2026-ready infrastructure.
- Oversee the integration of Quantum algorithms into classical AI models.
- Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our products remain ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance under massive data loads.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
