In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade engineering. You will define the architectural standards for our next-generation models, ensuring robustness and performance at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale AI and machine learning systems for the 2026 product suite.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Implement best practices for data security, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Drive innovation in reinforcement learning and autonomous agent integration.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and conduct high-level code reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of architecting distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI architectures.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
