Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models suitable for production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Design system architectures that are quantum-ready and capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into viable products.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI division.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
