Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Optimize neural network inference for real-time, low-latency applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for MLOps pipelines, ensuring model reproducibility and scalability.
- Establish robust frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer products.
- Mentor a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and reinforcement learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI capability.
