Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge AI models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the research and development of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable software products.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks for the AI infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for technological disruption and growth.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
