Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models, including transformers and generative architectures, specifically aligned with our 2026 product roadmap.
- System Optimization: Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient training, deployment, and monitoring of models at scale in production environments.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, reduce inference latency, and enhance domain-specific performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering squad.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Data Scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Enforce best practices for code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
