Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead the research and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and inference latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, data science) to define technical requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and architecture reviews for junior engineers.

- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
