As we prepare for the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our elite technical team. You will be responsible for building the proprietary models that power our predictive analytics engine and define the standard for next-gen NLP and Computer Vision applications.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the development of scalable deep learning architectures tailored for high-volume data streams.
- Drive research initiatives focused on generative AI and reinforcement learning to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Implement MLOps strategies to ensure continuous integration and deployment of production models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through advanced quantization techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art neural networks using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI models in a cloud-native environment.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentorship for junior data scientists and engineers.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends in AI to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-growth startup or FAANG environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA).
- Deep knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
