Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the design and implementation of NLP and Computer Vision solutions.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and integrate novel techniques into our production stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
