Responsibilities
- Architect End-to-End Pipelines: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems, focusing on latency reduction and cost efficiency.
- System Design: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate AI models into robust production environments using Kubernetes and microservices.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating new frameworks like PyTorch 2.0 and LangChain to integrate into our stack.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommender Systems.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), MLOps tools, and containerization technologies.
