Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and security experts to define AI roadmaps.
- Ensure data privacy, ethical AI compliance, and robustness in production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-level models with high accuracy and performance.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
