Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, ensuring high performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into our roadmap.
- Implement best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
