Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement high-level architectural frameworks for AI-driven quantum systems, ensuring scalability and resilience for future workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives focused on generative AI, neural networks, and quantum error correction to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define technical roadmaps and collaborate with product management to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale machine learning models on hybrid quantum-classical hardware.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Julia; deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, high-stakes technical challenges.
