Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-inspired neural networks and deep learning models.
- Optimize algorithms for heterogeneous hardware architectures (CPU/GPU/FPGA).
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical best practices for the engineering team.
- Publish research papers and contribute to open-source quantum computing libraries.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and system architecture.
