Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and implement quantum circuit algorithms to solve complex optimization and machine learning problems.
- Hybrid System Integration: Develop frameworks that integrate quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure to enhance model performance.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research on error correction, noise mitigation, and qubit stability for near-term devices.
- Model Training: Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using hybrid quantum-classical approaches.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for scalable AI system design.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane).
- Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with high-performance computing environments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
