Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, and neural architecture search.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for production deployment on edge and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Stay ahead of the curve in AI trends, publishing papers and presenting at major conferences.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, evaluation, and safety alignment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and generative models.
- Experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and GPU acceleration (CUDA).
