Responsibilities
- Lead Research Development: Spearhead the research and development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems aimed at the 2026 product release.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable neural network architectures that optimize for performance, energy efficiency, and ethical AI compliance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping & Implementation: Move quickly from theoretical concepts to production-ready prototypes using Python, PyTorch, and TensorRT.
- Publication & Collaboration: Publish high-impact research papers and collaborate with industry leaders to set new benchmarks in AI safety and capability.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and distributed training strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
