Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, training, and deployment of proprietary AI models for Project 2026.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and scalability in high-volume environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing emerging research papers and technologies.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the technical vision of the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Extensive experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Llama, BERT).
- Demonstrated expertise in fine-tuning, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and model evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
