Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance neural networks for robotics applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation AI algorithms, focusing on reinforcement learning and computer vision.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to optimize model inference on edge devices.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model transparency, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Proven experience with robotics frameworks (ROS, ROS2) and simulation tools (Gazebo, Isaac Sim).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, including Transformers and GANs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
