Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI infrastructure, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Modeling.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of high-performance machine learning systems at scale.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance into core systems.
- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives and experimental prototyping.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI strategy.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and NLP.
