Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures for next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI systems.
- Lead research initiatives in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and AI Safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into autonomous fleet management systems.
- Establish best practices for code efficiency, model optimization, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness against adversarial attacks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
