Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems for Project 2026, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for machine learning model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Conduct deep technical research to identify emerging technologies that can be integrated into our 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the mentorship and development of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure all systems comply with strict data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven experience leading complex AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
