Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using modern languages (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Design and optimize database schemas and API endpoints for high throughput and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and designers.
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major backend language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
