Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud costs through infrastructure monitoring and governance
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural sessions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure security compliance (SOC2/HIPAA)
- Research and evaluate emerging cloud technologies for strategic implementation
- Document system designs and technical specifications for stakeholder reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Understanding of security best practices for cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Professional)
